Driver Identification Option

Each driver has a unique driver key code which allows you to identify which driver was using the vehicle for each journey.

Each driver is given an id. button that is used to identify themselves to the vehicle before it can be started.

Added security
The driver id. button can be programmed with up to 16 different vehicle types so only vehicles with a matching type can be driven. The id. button can also be programmed with a site code so only vehicles associated with the same site can be driven.

Override key
When a vehicle is being driven by someone from outside your company then the override key can be used to disable the driver identification reader. When the journey information is downloaded to the PC software this will be highlighted.

GPS Receiver Option

The location of the vehicle will be recorded at the end of each journey. When the vehicle data is imported to the Fleet Manager software you will be able to view a map showing where the vehicle has been and when it was there.

Ability to record a snail trail for the vehicle
You can program the Data Logger Box to record the vehicle’s position at specific intervals during a journey. When the vehicle data is imported to the Fleet Manager software you will be able to view a map showing the exact route the vehicle took for each journey.

Records crash location
The location of the vehicle will be recorded in the event of an accident*
When the vehicle data is imported to the Fleet Manager software you will be able to view a map showing where the vehicle had the accident.

GSM Modem Option

Ability to download data from the vehicle no matter where it is located.*

Real time tracking
If a GPS receiver is fitted you can display the real time location of the vehicle on a map using the Fleet Manager software*. This can be used to determine a vehicle's distance from it's destination or assist the driver if he gets lost. It can even be used to locate a vehicle in the event of it being stolen.
